Introduction

Wembury House is a late Georgian Manor House set in unspoilt countryside in the South Hams which is designated as an 'area of outstanding natural beauty'. Set at the top of a valley it has views down to the Yealm estuary.

The House and grounds are available for rental for private parties, corporate meals, fashion shoots and television or film productions.

Fashion Shoots

Wembury House, its grounds and the beauty of South Devon, Dartmoor and the coast make Wembury House an ideal base for fashion shoots. We can accommodate up to 18 people and provide high quality catering for your crews. We have done shoots for Vogue Magazine and for companies such as Brora.

Tours & Leisure

Wembury House is an ideal base for those doing tours of the gardens of Devon and Cornwall, the Eden Project or Plymouth Dockyard. St Mellion which has 2 championship golf courses is within easy reach. For those interested in food there are many good local seafood restaurants. There are various local sailing schools that offer courses for all ages and standards in sailing, power and sport boats.

Dinners & Lunches

We can provide delicious gourmet food for up to 18 people seated or buffets for up to 30 people for either private or corporate clients.

Filming

The house and grounds which include a cricket pitch, ramparts and an extensive garden which have been used for TV and film productions. The surrounding countryside offers coastal views, beaches and Dartmoor is visible from the grounds.

Accommodation

Wembury House is ideal if you have a party of between 6 and 18 people who require comfortable and stylish accommodation for just one night or more. We can provide meals to suit all tastes.
